You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may also notify you by email of material changes.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
